As per my Christmas Wish List...
Well luck for us...a couple of my wishes came true!
A friend of ours is moving and needed to get rid of his washer and dryer set. One of *their* friends needed a washer...and lo and behold *we* needed a dryer. Yay for serendipity. The thing is ancient and noisy and hell but hey it works and doesn't eat the clothes so yeah...we're thrilled.
We found a really cheap kitchen faucet at WalMart that will do until we can afford a better one. Nice to not have to wash the dishes in the bathtub!
As for clothes...I have had good luck at resale shops and have been able to outfit myself for just a few bucks here at there. I LOVE resale!
Still really need some boots for the kidz though. :)
