new laptop
my new laptop came today. i ended up getting a refurbished dell vostro 1500, it was a very good price is very fast and shiny and has a 1 year warranty. i only really use computers if dmitri is sleeping or so into playing with his hands that he is oblivious to what i am doing or when rob watches him and i get a break since i am nursing i don't get many breaks while rob watches him so i may not be able to read lj much. it might sound like i can use it a lot but i tend to forget to do any of the stuff i used to do and just sorta zone out and watch a tv show or look up stuff related to babies. like what to do to help a teething baby or reading about asl to work on sign with dmitri. we are hoping to learn asl and just do baby sign but all with asl and to keep using it and learning it as a family. anyhow i will try and read lj more but i may not remember to.
we are all doing very well and are tired but happy and my new laptop is shiny and pretty and fast and it will make my life more fun when dmitri is nursing while he naps (he tends to nurse while he is asleep and he is so big it is hard to hold him so i have gotten in the habit of nursing him in bed for all his naps. so um yeah he needs to nurse now and i need to stop typing (hard to type one handed while lieing down in bed
