Pebre Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Cilantro
- 2 Spring Onions {or Green Onions}
- 2 Chili Peppers
- 2 Teaspoons of Olive Oil
- ½ Teaspoon of Salt & Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of White Vinegar
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Large Bowl
- Water (Optional)
Preparation:
Chop up the Cilantro, Spring Onions (Including the Green-ish Part), Tomato & Chili Peppers and combine in a Large Bowl. Add the Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil and Vinegar. If you wish for the texture to be more saucy & less chunky - Add a couple Tablespoons of Water for juiciness.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve this Chilean salsa with a loaf of freshly baked bread for an appetizer.
