12 cents?!

So as I do every so often, I went to check out stuff on my uni portal site thing... I went to check my account balance and all... I look at the total and I pause... "It wasn't that number before..." So I pull out the cheque I'm to hand in on Tuesday... and I was right.

They added 12 cents to my total.

12. f-ing. cents!

Now I gotta make a new cheque... where the hell did this 12 cents go to??
