Iffyness, DVDs, and CDs, and a job interview!
So for the last two days I was feeling kind of wonky, so I didn't come online at all... I miiissed everyone! *big hugs*
Also because of this, I wasn't able to retell the fabulous adventure of the sales of stuff to get money for DVDs etc. Basically I ran around selling my old super nintendo and nintendo 64 and their games (well, old... they both worked perfectly I just didn't really play with them anymore... although when the guy tried them to see if they work I have to admit I got a little misty at the idea of parting with them, but...), I sold my figure skates (that were too small but in excellent condition), I sold 19 CDs (that I'd been wanting to get off my hands), and I got some money exchanged that I had (from India!)... All in all, along with money from my mother I got...
* The Office season 2 (finished it since, looove! Can't wait for next week!)
* Grey's Anatomy season 2 (in the process of it :))
* Friends season 10 (completed the series now!!!)
Now I also had some chinese money, but they couldn't exchange it yet, so that was okay. They said it would take maybe up to two weeks, but it actually took three days :D So today I got...
* The Office season 1 (can't wait!)
* Take the Lead (loove!)
* Grey's Anatomy soundtrack, volume 2 (can't wait to hear it!)
* Sia's "Colour the small one" (can't wait! breathe me!)
The whole decision of Sia's album vs the SFU soundtrack came down to this: I only had enough money if I got Sia. SFU was like 7 dollars more than Sia, so... I'll get it later *nod*
Also, yesterday I saw two ads for jobs in the local paper. My mother faxed my resume to them this morning, and already one has called, so I'm heading over there this afternoon. Hoping it goes well :)
My mother's going to dinner with some friends of hers tonight so it's just me and my dad. I'm going out to get dinner (not sure yet whether I'll get chicken or pizza or whatever) and watch my DVDs :D I'm stopping on GA after the one I'm watching now, 'cause at that point there are six episodes in a row that my mother and I haven't seen, so I'm waiting for her to be there to check them out. That's fine though, in the meantime I have the Office season 1 and Take the Lead and everything, so...
