Richter is going to be tl;dr and full of symphonia spoilers so an lj cut happened! anyway Richter is from an AU where in which the ex-sphere experiments at Sybak also used half-elf test subjects. Richter was one of these! And while the ex-sphere made his magic abilities much more powerful, it also froze him physically and mentally at the age of which it was applied, and basically made him very mentally unstable. so for the past ten years or so he's been an extremely well-trained library assistant/attack dog. and by well trained i mean completely brainwashed to buy into all the half-elf are less than people propaganda cheerfully, be completely trusting of anyone and follow orders unquestioningly, and completely flip the fuck out whenever someone tries to tell him how he lives/what was done to him was wrong. SO if your character is likely to Jesus there will be a good chance of fighting in threads! he has a mental reset button though so as soon as the fight ends, despite the outcome, he'll completely forget it happened.
Judith is jumping on the tales of high school bandwagon, in which she's that one weird girl from some country in Europe no one's ever heard of who lives with her foreign-exchange student cousin who doesn't speak a word of English that she constantly has to translate for. She excels in all sports, and is the head of the home-ec club. Her skirt is always several inches shorter than regulation allows and never gets in trouble for it, and also hangs out with that one delinquent a lot and there are ~rumors~ about her and the student council vp. Has a record number of demerits for 'forgetting' to put her shirt back on after changing for gym. Occasionally pretends not to speak any English to mess with teachers who don't know her. Full of shenanigans in general.

Will still be very lightly psychic, which will mostly pass as being able to read people well. Still lives with her super rich happy fambly, though she's a pretty free thinker and once she goes off to college is rebel counter-culture leader just waiting to happen.
