sob okay so ... Richter doesn't really. Have another relationship like Conrad! It are unique. He hasn't interacted repeatedly with anyone in camp (or like ... ever) who is both very positive toward and. not ... pushy? like, almost all of the Symphonia cast who are his ~positive influences~ are PUSHY AS HELL Richter Richter talk to us about your feeeeeeeliiiiiiings and, of course, RICHTER NEVER WANTS TO. fuck feelings okay the last time he dealt with his feelings he trolled a massive underground resistance group and is now quite content to sit and brood on all the terrible things he's done. like you're supposed to. and Conrad doesn't push him there! well, he partially figures it's because he doesn't know a lot about TERRIBLE THINGS but ... it's nice to have a positive non-Jesusy person to talk to??
Oh and then also in the last mistletoe thread he kind of realized he might touch on one of his two hormones because he usually doesn't get that ... moetopped when it comes to forced kissing uhhhhh lolwhoops

RIVER LOEV RYUUKEN. Idk how it even works but he is nice and she can see that he misses the old hers and will take care of her and is a trustworthy person!! He's probably the most parental-y figure she's had in like years and he made her kind of realize that she missed it! also she's always down with people who take time to understand her through her crazy filter and try to get her to wear shoes, it's cute. :x

Richter reminds Conrad of Gwendal SO MUCH in that he is super uptight and fuck humans and tsun and I shun your feelings. So . . . Conrad likes to poke at him, but in very subtle ways. Like asking offhanded questions and then letting the subject go almost immediately after and so on because it helps him get an idea of what going on in Richter's head. He also feels something of an affinity with Richter because they're both half-human, but whereas Richter had what seems to be a traumatic childhood, Conrad didn't. Ish. So he's . . . a bit sympathetic to Richter? He also just genuinely likes him and wants to get to know him better and no amount of >( on Richter's part is going to make him stop. ♥

Ryuuken . . . man. He's been through, like, four Rivers and he's loved every single one of them like they were his own daughter, although this one is the closest to his original River. He's not replacing her, though. He treated each one like they were their own individual selves. He just happened to have . . . inside knowledge. So with this River, it's kind of the same thing. He's trying to take care of her using the knowledge he gained from the two Simons + other Rivers, so that he can help her as best he can while learning what new(ish) quirks she has and stuff. IT'S A PROCESS. XD And yes, he will always check for shoes.

VESPERIA. VESPERIA!! it is the most amazing tales of game / rpg and aaaah. like ... i'd be lying if i said there wasn't a certain character i would give my liver to have in camp, but i won't say which!!

how does ryuuken get along with the other doctors in the hospital?

Well enough! Muraki is the exception. XD Basically, a lot of doctor-doctor interaction is done off-screen, but Ryuuken's never had any negative impressions of any of the doctors/nurses/helpers that they've had (although there were sometimes when he wanted to punch Simon in the face WHICH IS A LOT LIKE MOST OF THE CAST OF FIREFLY, REALLY). He was closest to Ine and Lisa, both of whom are now gone. So there's the general polite distant interaction that goes on a lot there.
