OMFG GREAT MOVIE!!!!!!
No, folks, I'm not talking about PotC3, I haven't even seen the second one yet.
I'm talking about Pan's Labyrinth.
I just finished watching that movie and I think it is the BEST EVER!!!!!!
The detail, the graphics, the gore, the plot, it was great! I loved the ending, though it was very...saddish. Given the time period, I'm not surprised.
Kind have come up with a list of warnings though:
--squeamish people STAY AWAY
--Do NOT eat while watching this movie (learned that the hard way)
--If you are a sentimental person or a pacifist, this probably isn't the movie for you. The setting is Spain, 1944. WWII ended in '45, didn't it?
--If you are annoyed by having to read subtitles and can't speak Spanish (or French?), you might be a little annoyed at the fact that this movie is not in English (or whatever language you speak).
--If you must eat or drink while watching this movie, make sure it isn't rare steak or red wine.
As for me, I loved this movie. The white creature creeped me out, but it was great. I'm speechless at it... Srsly...
