(no subject)
I havent updated in what seems like ages. It isnt that I have been too busy, although I am somewhat always doing something, but I just havent wanted to write lately.
I just finished an awesome book. It is entitled "The Game" by Neil Strauss. It is about pick up artists and the realm they created and thier teachings and the succes of one man. Style!!!. It was an awesome book and I couldnt put it down. I was amazed at the simplicity of some of the strategies. I really enjoyed reading that.
This weekend is when I am going to get my new car. I am about 98% sure right now what I want, but still making last stops at places and checking out other vehicles and maybe looking at other venues.
I dont think I got the orders to Hawaii but I am not giving up hope just yet. Hopefully I will get them soon or I will put in for orders else where. It is nice here in CA but I am ready to move on. I have been here over 2 years and I am ready to press on. That is the quote my old sup' used to use all the time. I have since adopted it you could say.
I never really thought how hard it would be supervising people and having kids look up to you and peer want to emulate you. It is hard work. I have some good troops, and then I have some rotten ones. Everyone one of them is a good person, but some are just lazy and dont give a shit. What do I do with them?
Anyway I have babbled enough. Christmas was pretty good, New Years was pretty good, and this year is going to be Stellar. I am the only one to make it not be, and I am bound to have a good time.
I plan on writing in here more, so hopefully I will see some old faces soon.
