Breakfast:
1 banana
2 cups Orange Juice

Lunch:
- 1 apple
- 2 slices of low fat cheese
- 2 pieces of 45 cal toast with smart balance light spread.

Tonight, i may go have sushi with my friend who is home from college.

I love sushi.  I will try to cut the calories down if this happens by ordering one cucumber roll and 1 regular spicy salmon roll (nothing fried in tempura, plz!)
