I’ve let stress and distraction derail me from my goal of losing weight to be healthier this year, and I plan for that to end as of today. I know high carb, fat, sugar, points foods are cheaper, and with our tight budget cheaper is the key sometimes, but there has to be a way for me to reach my goal without killing out budget. My challange is to find meals I can afford, that will help me satay on track, but won't be hard to put together so I can still keep up with my writing deadlines. Looks like I get to cut down on the frybread *pout*. The other challange is to manage all of this, and still avoid the stuff that makes me ill, like tomatoes, peppers, dairy, or too much wheat.
