Farewell 2008
Overall... I don't know if I will miss 2008... Yeah, a lot of good things happened...(in particular order)
1. I got the 4th season of NCIS the same day I went into labor ;-)
2. My baby boy was born in relatively good health
3. Lots of awesome baby stuff happened!
4. Found out that both my almost Brother in Law and Tony were expecting!
5. thewhiterook adopted his forever baby, Bigby
6. I had pretty well the whole year off work! (At least the work that I got paid monies for)
7. Lots of good parties with all sorts of pics to prove it!
8. 3 year anniversary with supermanprime
Crappy stuff I will not miss...(in particular order)
1. A four day stay in the hospital... one of those days being a blood transfusion\
2. My boy's week long stay in the NICU *cries* Worst memories ever!
3. Karma moved to Freddy
4. Gallstones! Argh! (I still get phantom pains! I have to remember to mention that to my doctor sometime too...)
5. My front hallway exploded!
6. My kitchen ceiling exploded!
7. My kitchen cupboard is starting to fall apart!
8. BS with my Mom....Grrr...
So, I think overall the good far outweighs the bad... But I think 2009 will rock! Why? (in particular order)
1. I joined the Sparkpeople Bootcamp! Which means a 10 minute workout video from their coaches once a day plus 30 minutes of cardio activities of my choice! Also means I have to be more mindful of what is going in my mouth... This goes from January 4th to the 31st.
2. My boy is going to be a year old in February! Which also means Pirate Themed Kiddie Party!
3. I'm getting married!!!! And you wanna know what scares me about getting married? Writing my own vows.
4. 4 year anniversary with supermanprime
5. I am going back to work and hopefully it will be to a new job!
6. We are looking for a new apartment!
7. I have some awesome books on my reading list!
8. Babies in the Library on Tuesday mornings for January!
