on thursday, i presented my thesis to various faculty and the dean. and they liked my work.
and then i got a little piece of paper that said i was offically approved as a masters candidate.
to translate:
i kind of offically graduated.
so
now i have a masters degree.
i am happy and all, but now i'm not sure how much this means except i can impress people by saying i have a masters degree from MICA. which, in reality, doesn't really mean anything to me because i think MICA is a college built out of a large mountain of bullshit. still not quite sure what i paid for besides my piece of paper that i recently received. is it worth paying 28,000 bucks (18,000 with scholarship) for a piece of paper?
i am not sure.
but anyway... spectacular! hooray! i have a masters! this is a good thing. i think.
