Update!
Tomorrow morning, I go back to the coast to see about getting an apartment. I'm trying to get everything packed and loaded into the car today. We are supposed to go to my cousin's for a bbq this afternoon. That way I don't have any dinner dishes to wash.
Either my computer or my internet provider has been smoking crack. It's working fine right now, but no promises that it'll stay up. My cousin's husband knows someone who will come and look at it when I get back. He was supposed to look at it today, but I've been hella busy since I woke up.
Chris is leaving for his two week Reserve duty tomorrow morning :(. He's been super busy getting ready for that. Hopefully, I'll get to talk to him some while he's away. I miss him so much. Most of my friends think I'm crazy. LOL. We all know I'm a little crazy, and VERY crazy about him. Hopefully, I'll have good news for him after my trip down. I'm only staying for two days. And since I hate stopping for food, I'm packing a lunch for the kids. I told Cyrus he'd better work on his bladder control, because we're stopping in JACKSON for the potty break. Not an hour into the trip. Last trip, I had to stop THREE friggin times just for him to go potty. LOL. How I manange to drive six hours straight and not go insane is a mystery to me. Jayden actually does rather well on car trips, and I'm going to bring the lap top or borrow a portable dvd player from my cousin so they can watch movies on the road.
I always do these to keep the kids busy:
1. MOVIES... portable dvd players ROCK. I get at least two hours quiet time.
2. I put a little plastic tub of toys in the back seat.
3. and when the movies no longer work, put in a cd of meditation music, knocks them out everytime.
Nex, did you get your tickets to Cancun???? LOL. j/k
I'll have my comp, but we're staying at the IP. and of course, my phone is on.
