So I keep seeing this +1 for a sig thing in the challenges. What is it?

The Plus 1 would be like what my icon is with team hitter and your user name. It gives you an extra point in the challenges. So if a challenge is worth let's say 25 points using a sig tag or icon would get you 26 points. The sig tag would be like this: (I made this one for you)

Hey,

Welcome to the team, I'm not one of your team mods but I post a lot, we're a really open and friendly team and I'm sure you'll have fun with us.

As the others have said please just jump in and start posting/commenting. If you want to post to introduce yourself please feel free, you can also ask some of the guys if they could make you a sig tag or team icon if you want?

We do have a sort of raking system based on participation, I'm working on your level 1 icon and will hopefully have that to you soon.
