Who needs reasons when you've got heroin?

I caved and bought the collectors 2 disc uncut international version of Trainspotting.
I really need to start budgeting my money. I have taken 400 hundred bucks from my savings which, upon, entering AmeriCorps, was supposed to be frozen. I had to pay rent for October and I'm really now getting about 750 per month instead of 900 because of fucking taxes. So without rent I have 350 to live on but I need to be putting some of that back in my savings to compensate for the Oct. Right now, I think I have just under 600 bucks and Im trying to come down the first weekend in Nov. and the next one to see the musical. Needless to say, I'm confident that the money is there, but I am freaking out about how to make it work.
I was sworn in as an AmeriCorps member today. I had to raise my right hand. I had to say an oath. Pretty fucking stupid.
I had some teriyaki for lunch. tofu and noodles. Tasty.
I feel that I haven't been doing enough in areas of my life that matter and I wonder if maybe I buy things to compensate for such emptiness.
