That was my first reaction. My second is WHERE DID THIS COME FROM?! Who made it? Is it actually snipped from the movie?!
I haven't seen the movie yet, but I have the graphic novel/comics compilation, and this clip is... it's so completely....it's OMGWTFBBQ!?!-level in its sheer hilarious wrongness!
Go see the movie. It's so good my brain still feels the "oooo neat" from it today, from seeing it last Friday.
Two diff friends of mine forwarded this to me and I had to share it *^_^* heh... No clue who is behind it, but it's so professional looking, if it's fan made, then it's fans in the film making business. I'd say from quality it's probably a promotional humor piece. Gods... what if it's an actual pilot/pitch?!? The mind boggles!

It's like the used the original comic/graphic novel as a storyboard. It's almost literally taken scene by scene from the graphic novel. Though truth told I don't remember blue wang in the comic *taps chin thinking* --- did we get the full frontal in the comic book? Mine are buried because I have free load... um... house guests, staying. My comics are split into two hard to impossible get to corners as the 'guests' have crowded my house with their junk.
BEST LESBIAN MOVIE KISS :D :D :D yaaahhhhh Princess when I saw that Kiss my first thought was "got to get Alexandria to watch this movie"
Small spoiler is that it's not a full rape scene as the perp gets interruppted before the dead and has the crap beaten out of him. Okies is lots of graphic violence XD Hugs Nacey... Maybe read the comic book is better, the movie is almost a straight parallel (tiny little changes, no giant space squid) and if the comic is something you can handle, then see the movie.
I'd prefer to avoid it until I'm at a point where I think I can take it. It's only been eight months since my assault and I'm still in a fragile place. Can't even date right now, I'm that messed up! One day I will, though.
Until then, I'll enjoy Alan Moore's other brilliant works. :)
this is SO wrong, it is right!quinceyforderMarch 26 2009, 17:08:35 UTC
oh gawd! oh Merlin's goatee! oh Tink's g-string! That just killed so many of my neurons! but that's SO hilarous!! can't stop laughing and cough!
you might be interrested to know that there's a short animated movie released directly on DVD, along with a fake interview of the first Owlman. I saw this on Comics Continuum earlier this week
