As Elfy knows after a rushed text tonight to say log on and watch I sat proud as a proud thing with Prouditis as my wonderful friend and 'brother' who has been in my life for 10 yrs and who is about as close as I will ever  have to a brother played a gig he could only dream of a few years ago

Oh honey he has been doing that for ages - it got worse to the point of him bouncing on the spot when he found out his drum tech in Poland does stuff for Portnoy from Dream Theatre - can you imagine the look on his face

Elfie, depending on how things are here, might be able to have you sleep here in June (futon in the front room, as spare room still probably will have houseguest) if you need it/are on your own (only one futon)

Offer gratefull accepted, I'll be on my own, and it will be a lot less terrifying for me to get to Leeds on my own, knowing someone I know can meet me at the other end!! ( I have a fear of travelling outside Oxford on my own)
