happy halloween to all!
i've been celebrating all week...
in addition to workin' on projects and such.
story of my life.
quite a bit going on in the life of D, but the highlights include:
:: punkin-carving with court and anna - they scooped. i designed. seeds were toasted. [yum.] a big mess was made. much fun was had by all.
:: having 2 pretty decent poster ideas for visuals II and not knowing which one to use... dangit. indecisiveness abounds.
:: going costume shopping with maureen and court - and dammitall, that stupid scream mask still scares the piss out of me every time i see it. i'm not ashamed... those things should be outlawed.
:: getting a 97 on my history test. hell yes.
:: fluttering off to my halloween social at the blue room last night. AOPi, ADPi, Alpha Chi, KD, Beta, Sigma Nu, Lambda Chi, and SAE - what a motley crew! ::wink:: 17th floor played to a packed house - maureen and emily [garage girl] crashed it with me [a DG and a Tri Delt, but i made them honorary AOPi's for the evening] - we met up with a bunch of my sistas, and had a blast dancing till the wee hours of the morning... not to mention meeting some new and interesting people... it's nice for this social butterfly to have a break from workin' every once in a while!
:: interviewing at the plainsman this afternoon for a position as a production artist [workin' with ads] and getting the job! yay.

my favorite... hey, we all know i have to make everything into an art project! for this one i cut out little holes and then put clear marbles in them - ended up looking very cool, all glowy, kinda like a lantern of some sort... hey, i had fun!
this one helps show the marbles a little better... isn't it cool?
what a frightening bunch... the group right before we left for the social last night.
