two hours of shaking your hips makes for very not happy muscles the next day! Had my dance lesson last night and got a minute of choreography done. Of course anyone else reading my notes on what we're doing would just look at me and wonder if I need to be committed.

It reads things like:
Squash the bug 4X left foot
Whore's heart, 4x beat then throw it

Notes no one else can understand are FUN!

And on the yay side lost more weight I am at 195 now which is below what the age and height appropriate charts for our insurance considered a healthy weight! And almost there for my DragonCon 190 or bust goal!
