Blah.

I have decided I really hate having low blood pressure. It's got to the point anymore where I dehydrate really easily (I'm taking potassium and magnesium along with extra electrolytes to try to solve some of this!)and as soon as it starts getting warm I try to pass out every time I stand up. And if it's warm and I stand in one place too long. And if I stand in the hot shower too long.

I mean really? Is that necessary?

On the good side still playing tennis, trying to get up to a 5K but at this rate that will be three years from now lol. I was doing better with the running then it got hot and sticky and it immediately made me feel like I was the girl with no energy while running! I refuse to give up though! And now I am adding in walking with Krista on the off days to get that much more exercise in along with my dance class. I'm down to the lowest weight I've been in probably 15 years and hope to keep going. The body whines about the fact I've made it switch over to smaller meals more often and cut out a lot of things I used to get. I only had a very limited amount of cadbury eggs this year for example, the universe might implode!

I'd like to add in swimming to the regime but it's really hard to find lap time that isn't at 5 in the morning lol.
