slowed down a bit

Well....

the last few days - like Sunday I got 6 hours off, and yesterday I took 2 hours off and had fencing in the evening and I'm feeling nearly human today after an early morning stretching session. It's nice. My knees no longer ache. Or my ankles.

Got to see the Crazyroman's new tools. COOL. We're gonna do neat stuff in his garage.

Last night Farley Mowat was on the Hour. Spry at 87. If I had a list of top 10 Canadians of the last 100 years Mowat would be on it. He's done so much. His book The Boat that Wouldn't Float dominates my library as one of the best reads in it. And that's not counting "The Dog who wouldn't be", "Owls in the family", and "Never Cry Wolf" which are all instant classics.  I also respect him for his conservation efforts which he wrote about in "Sea of Slaughter."

I challenge you all to go to this link today and hear what he has to say about us. It's 15 minutes long, but work safe.
