the story that shifted my own perceptions of the characters:
prob witchy au just because like. when i had the original idea it was very ~mama era w mysterious broody vampire jongin and quieter wispier kyungsoo BUT. obvs those arent very accurate so along the way i have to keep in mind that jongin is a baby bear that woke up too early and kyungsoo could break a guy's nose
the story that made me cry:
never leave me alone...... like i had to change the ending from what happens in the drama bc i knew i would be too sad, even if the ending i chose is.... probably sadder in hindsight WOOps
the hardest story to write:
there wasnt really... i mean pink rocket and that sugar sweet both took me literally more than a year to finish and black treacle was open in a tab for like. weeks

bella notte probably IDK its like. not what i wanted it to be but i didnt have time to make it into that :/

i'm always rly surprised that ppl like witchy au so much orz... and navigate me was popular as well but i think thats bc deep down we all yearn for mama au

“Not fair,” Jongin whines with a laugh, pawing at the gamepad as Chanyeol tries to shoo him away with his foot. “Pause it, come on.”
“No way, you made me look bad in front of Mario,” Chanyeol argues, but he falls off the course again when Jongin tugs on his steering hand. “I swear to god, if I lose when you aren’t even playing--” ( x)
→ "We could’ve taken the mission to the Lacaille system," Jeongguk huffs. "Why are you all so obsessed with farspace? 65 light years is too many."
Yoongi turns in his chair to point a stern finger at Jeongguk. "The constellation of Taurus is vast and beautiful and you need these 65 light years to appreciate it properly."
“Seokjin," Namjoon sighs from across the room, tapping his chat uplink. “Your kids are fighting."
“Past the security outpost, they’re your kids," Seokjin quips back over the speaker. (x)
→ As much as Kyungsoo hates to admit it, clinging to his seatbelt for dear life as Baekhyun takes every corner as fast as he can get away with, he really is grateful to have these three as his friends. Who else, after all, would risk so many speeding tickets and probably death just to get him to his secret boyfriend’s house on time?
Baekhyun merges across three lanes of traffic to take a left turn before the light changes, Chanyeol and Jongdae both cheering him on over the chorus on car horns blaring in their wake. No one would, Kyungsoo decides, but there’s no one he’d rather be doing it with, anyway. ( x)

Fic-writing goals for 2016:
1. write more things!! i might try a don't-break-the-chain type thing to write a certain amount every day/week or just yell at ppl to word sprint w me all the time lol
2. finish one of the AUs I Talk Abt All The Time!! ghostbusting au, gang/star wars au, or one of like 3 separate chankai space aus orz
3. expand into more fandoms maybe!! i have a vague bts bowling team au and also a vixx fic i've been trying to finish for like 2 years SO! NOW IS THE TIMe
4. write out some of the 10,000 chankai prompts i have saved in a gdoc LOL
5. mostly like. dont stress out abt writing. its ok to get stuck for a few days but dont spend like 3 weeks not looking at the draft u have open in a tab, u kno? THINGS ARENT AS HARD AS U THINK THEY ARE SOMETIMES JUST FIND A PART UR EXCITED ABT AND WRITE THAT BEFORE EVERYTHING ELSE! BELIEVe in yaself. that's the truest goal.
i have. some regrets abt not writing more in 2015 but hopefully this year i can figure out how to manage my time and not put 6 entire months btwn each witchy au update lol
