as you slept last night, we saw the glowing sky
the ground was deep purple, and cracked, and dry
the air was thin, I ran as mike floated
his ora was thin, but I saw, he was loaded
I followed him here from awake to my slumber
I wondered if God had called my number
this dream world was filled with neverending pain
this bloody ground called out my unholy name
and then in the darkness mike came upon a tree
its face spelled morbid, its leaves had been freed
its branches were black, the base sat in tears
of those who missed me all the years
yes its true I was dead on arrival
the snakes at the bottom were my survival
they hung on its branches and swam in the pool
that held mothers tears, while I was a fool
mike looked down at my feet and grinned
albino this snake, like that time then
I told mike to stop and the beast went away
mike told the dream to wait another day
then he pointed me up to the top
a tree filled with demons, mike would not stop
I looked up above and there sat heaven
perched on the tree, angels named seven
mike floated up but I had to climb
thru snakes, and spiders, creepy's of all kind
half way up this the living tree
mike asked "why did you abandon me?"
with that thought I fell to the glowing ground
and tripped out on what I thought I had found
my hell had no fire not even a flame
just my baby brother hating my name
the snake on my stomach,"dont come here again"
the next time I see you, you pay for your sin
and run I did from my high of high water
and behind me, the snakes began the slaughter
from a distance I saw hanging on the tree
everything that once meant something to me
then I realised they cant hurt me anymore
that was not my brother, heaven is folklore
and with a crash of my monster
I ran back to fight
I would not run from this tonight
I screamed at the demons and riped out the tree
brought color to the sky, and it suited me
I fought of the army of endless pain
as I drank mothers tears, they fell from the sky, like rain
and then in one last stand for heaven
I flew toward the gates and I was number seven
my wings were of platnium, my body of silver
my eyes were gold and I cryed a new river
and God said to me, welcome my son
now go mike needs you, your work is not done.
