Day Whatever of The Diet:

I lost ANOTHER 4 pounds. I will keep doing what I'm doing. 3 square, healthy meals per day, gallons of water, and 24 oz of skim milk everyday. That and running.

Total Weightloss: 8 pounds

sweet. now I just have to stay sane for this week ahead of me...
