(no subject)
i'm sitting at work listening to this comp cd i made...i burned on the computer at the satellite...i hope people listen to it... my new thing is to make compilation cds and give 'em out to strangers...this one is called "hi compilation" ah work seems alright today...looks like some down time for once... speaking of work (which i dont do often, ya know...) i need to vent about monday morning...
i was helping this dude out with scanning (so im doing another persons job..once again...i guess thats my purpose here anyway...) so i wasnt at my desk checking emails for about a week...and something needed to be sent out but it was my fucking supervisor's fault...shes just so unorganized and just waits for everyone else to do her work...but yeah she made a mistake and a mailing was late and i was blamed for it 'cause im new and it sucks...i never felt so small...but whatever...they cant fire me 'cause in reality they know im doing all their work anyway...so whatever, im gonna type a lj entry today and its going to be as long as my mind allows and no one's gonna stop me...fucking fuck that and fuck the fucking man! ah, i feel so much better with all that being said..
blah blah blah...ellipses and tangents...man, my thoughts are always flowing faster than my fingers...someday i hope there is a better form of human communication..words are so limiting and time consuming...) but i guess our minds would be overwhelmed with all the information if it was telepathed at once...but enough of this mumbo jumbo..moving on....
that night i really chilled out though...i didnt bike back to west philly...i hung around center city and my friends made me pasta and we had wine...hahaa..ridiculousness..thank god i didnt go to work the next day...i did have a doctors appointment though...he said everythings fine (yay) no more finger infection...no other problems...my pee probably had a lot of alcohol in it though..but whatever, i feel great :)
and the beach was so much fun on sunday...(wow this entry just jumps around...writing is like time travel in a way.....) rented surfboards i got beat up by the waves and the board...it was SO BIG! mad heavy too...i could hardly carrry down to the ocean...i did stand up a few times...but i was relaly getting hurt..i have all these big bruises on my legs... (battlescars..haha) then i was just splashing and playing in the water...and i even made a new friend...this boy was down from ohio for his grammas 95th birthday..he just started talking to me and we were having fun dodging and ducking waves...man, i love the ocean! its the best time to go...warm water and less people..perfect! then when it was getting late we all walked back to hte van and got changed on the sidewalk...hahaa... "theres someone coming..theres a man coming..." hahaha! then we walked the boardwalk a bit ate pizza and ice cream (actually it was frozen custard but whatever..) fun times...'cause its the jersey shore ,man :) it i wanna go again before it gets too cold..we'll see... :) ah i'll just go to the beach right now *stares out the window...* sometimes im on the other side of the window even though im sitting here in a chair...ya know what i mean?
maybe i'll take my lunch break soon...get some lo mein...lay on the grass near logans fountain (or whatever its called...) stare at clouds...
i think im going to play at the dive tonight..it's been a while since i've done an open mic. i think i will...or bike through the cemetary...hang out with deer...
i guess words arent so bad...and im glad theyre time consuming 'cause it makes moments like these (sitting at my desk watching the clock) an adventure 'cause my internal world becomes a reality...ya know...
well, the last song just ended...a long-awaited motion...lunch time.... :)
