I posted this comment in response to a friends rant about everything in life being a lie. After reading it again, I decided to share:

The stack of books is bad enough, but then I notice that huge book on the very bottom and I think "yikes!" Good luck! :)

That huge book at the bottom are my scriptures. It's called a quad because it contains both testaments of the Bible, the Book of Mormon and the Pearl of Great Price, as well as all indexes and Bible dictionaries. I need to look some stuff up in them for my myth presentation on Satan.

Studying on a friday night. . . .how lame is my life?

Oh, I thought it was a big-ass book on mythology you had to read all the way through for the paper. But its not, so its not so intimidating anymore.

Hey, at least you are studying, its something to do. As for myself on this friday night, I am sitting around being a dork with video games, all alone except for my crazy cat and a six-pack of beer. Yeah, I'm livin large, eh?

But yeah, that book isn't so intimidating afterall. And technically it is a big book of mythology. . . . ;)
