DC day 3
Still cold - but better. Haven't seen much of the city - I may correct that tomorrow. Ran into both of my old advisers. Randy is stressed out with his work at the NSF - he had to flake on dinner. I went to an Ethiopian restaurant - supposedly the best one in DC - only a mile from the hotel. I had sambusas and shouro. The shouro was pretty good (2nd best I've had - still like the one made by Zion at Queen Sheba better). The enjera was the best ever - it was soft and a little fluffy. The only bad thing was I couldn't enjoy the restaurant with River (perhaps one day we'll both be in DC and go there). Not sure what to do next - perhaps just go to bed and wake up (kinda) early.
