Black Redneck Ball
Okay, so the title is (in the words of Andrew) a "mooshed" together summary of my entry.
So I am greatly looking forward to the fun times ahead for me in the next two weeks. On Friday night I'm going out with some of the girls at work to see The Black Dalia. Not the movie I would have picked, but I hope it'll be fun with us all together. I'm really not doubtful, I just hope the movie isn't too gruesome (although I'll probably close my eyes anyway). On Saturday night I'm going to my first concert ever! Jen got some tickets from her work and so we are heading off to the country to enjoy a night of rednecked fun. YAY! Next Friday of coarse is the Redlands Centennial BALL which I am just soooo looking forward to! How many girls get to go to an actual BALL in their lifetimes? huh? how many? Well I'm one of them however many there are. I'm cashing in my gift certificate for the special happy peicure of doom from my mom with the lady who is supposedly just...the....greatest...ever, so my toes will be all pretty and pampered and ready to dance the night way! I'm also going to get my hair done, although as I'm not willing to pay an outrageaus amount I'm taking the advice of a very nice hairdresser (that's a regular at Starbucks) and going to the local beauty school for my semi up-do. I'm so excited that I get to wear my pretty junior year prom dress again and jazz it up with some new accessories to create a totally new look. So yay, happiness and joy over my upcoming fun times. It's times like these that I feel like I actually do have a life.
