paradise kiss
just saw episode 2 of paradise kiss, and i have to say it's growing on me. it wasn't as slow this time around, miwako was super-cute (and super-accurate in hair and clothing!!), it's sticking to the story really well (save a few moments they didn't include, but no biggie), and i LOVE the opening theme. the opening theme sounds really familiar though, i feel like i've heard it somewhere before. bryan and i were talking about it for a bit, we decided it felt like some cross between gwen steffani and madonna's style (not early madonna).
anyway, i'm enjoying it even though there are a few things i still cringe at...namely arashi, the chibi style, and the scene transitions. other than that, i'm looking forward to the rest.
oh, and yay i made this icon for it! i made a few more parakiss anime icons, i'll share them eventually. thanks to my baby getting me a paid account again, with 100 icons. :] i'm trying to find icons i really like or make icons i really want, i don't want to fill it up just to fill it up. but i'll make use of the space, that's for sure!
