ortigas room for rent/ roommates wanted
three of my roommates are moving out but the two of us are deciding to keep the house.
but we need one or two more people to share the rent with us. if you know of anybody, please please please let me know.
we need them to move in as soon as beginning of june, not later than september.
we may require a month's deposit.
the house is pretty big. we have two bed rooms and one maid's room which we use as a stock room. all three rooms have working toilet and baths. the place has a balcony, a library, a full kitchen with counter, living room and dining room areas. the house is fully furnished with beds, closets, ref, tv, dvd player, washing machine (we need to get it fixed), stove, dining table and chairs, sofas...the two rooms have aircons...and! we have centralized water heating.
my estimate of the area is around 250 sq m.
it's in ortigas center near emerald ave. five minute walk to megamall and galleria.
oh, we're looking for ladies. working please.
estimated total rent with electricity and water for if we get one more person is 9k.
if we get two, i'd say around 7k.
there's a common pool, a gym, a ministop downstairs, 24 hour security.
