Zombie Crawl 2007
The Zombie Crawl was such a great event! There were over 250 zombies crowding Mom's, Manny Brown's, and Fluid. The best part was when we were in the streets, crawling from one place to the next. The whole group went as one and there were zombies marching down South Street!
At one point, a SEPTA bus drove in the middle of the crowd. Hoards of zombies surrounded the bus, slapping on the windows and doors and moaning for brains. The driver was laughing but the lone passenger looked somewhat frightened. The zombie crowd was extremely entertaining.
Bret met me at my apartment around 8:30 and I did his makeup, as well as mine. We wanted to take pictures because we looked AWESOME but I didn't have a camera. Boo.
In all the 250 people at this event, I never ran into anyone I knew. Bret's roommates were there, so I knew them through him. Amy never answered her phone.
Kate met us at Manny Brown around 11:30. At this point I was already way drunk. I drank too much too fast. By the time we got to Fluid I was wasted. I didn't stay long. Kate took me home and washed me. She dressed me in my pj's and put me to bed. It was so sweet of her.
Today I feel like crap. I threw up a couple of times and I haven't been able to stomach the thought of food. But, all in all, it was a GREAT night!
