happy birthday ami! 2 days ago...
all 18 of us were there for ami's birthday. ALL OF US! (excluding sam, but he called the restaurant to wish ami a happy birthday because he's not evil). uncle ian let us eat free since ami's zoe's best friend (besides me) and since there isn't a table big enough for 18 people, we had to split into 2 groups. first table: me, zoe, birthday girl ami, ani, isabel, matt, josh, joey and christa, and table 2: tom, veronica, annie, calvin, billy, fred, david and sean.
for appetizers, ami chose mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers and nachos and for the main course, she chose chicken alfredo, popcorn shrimp, fish and chips and this chicken fajita thing. uncle ian slipped in some bicardi for us. hehe. he's the coolest. ami's cake was a huge ice-cream cake with pieces of oreos. the boys had 3-4 slices. pigs!
it was so much fun! david, who was in the other table, threw a piece of popcorn shrimp at matt, causing a tiny food fight and aunt helen yelled at us. lol and when the cake came and ami was cutting it, zoe put cake on ami's nose, a lot of it! and a food fight broke out again and aunt helen said "i don't understand you kids" lol it was so great.
unfortunately, after dinner, we had to clear the tables, do the dishes and sweep the floor... ami didn't have to of course, but she did anyway because she is a nice girl. haha. but hey, we did eat for free! lol. it was great.
matt's birthday is next... 19... and still in high school. the dumbass. he reads this so i can't say what i got him.
