(no subject)
so, should anyone wonder...
~tuesday my aunt passed away. i wasn't close with her and hadn't seen her for...oh...must've been 16 or 17 years now. i decided that my dad needed me there with him and my mom to face the family, because i knew they wouldn't treat him with the warm greetings we get from my mom's side of the family. so i ended up taking off 3 days of work unpaid to travel up to illinois.
~on the way up, my car overheated. (refilled with water, twas okay) on the way down, overheated again. (dad forgot to recap radiator when checking the water level, again, refilled, and all was well) got to grandpa's in biloxi...water pump died and needed to be replaced.
~between biloxi and home...tire dies right at pensacola in the pitch black. so we have an hour drive on my spare tire...
~which all led to me having to drive to work on my spare, and ordering a whole new set of tires today, which won't be put on til the 31st.
~ugh....losing 3 days of pay is gonna hurt...™
