Cue the laughter.
I'm sitting in Writing for Animation right now, doing absolutely NO writing for animation. I guess I'm just being lazy. I'll do the homework later. Right now, I just can't think of anything to write.
I finished work only a few hours ago. 10 AM to 3:30 PM. I really like working there. Moreso than working at Target. The other employees are really nice and I get along with them fairly well. It's also pretty fun and things are fastpaced enough to keep me from continually wondering 'what time it is'. At least until it's nearly time for me to leave. Then, I'm just WAITING to go home.
It's tiring, being a runner there. I haven't had any problems with customers yet, thankfully. The people are nice.
My finger's KILLING me. I hit it against a garbage can at work and it tore part of my fingernail off. GAWD, it was painful. I can hardly type. Gaaaah, hurts to press enter or hold shift down. *snickers*
My first paycheck comes in on Monday. It's only a paycheck for the first week. I won't be getting the next one until the Friday after next Friday. So...in two weeks.
It won't be a lot of money. Enough for me to pay down my overdrawn account and get some groceries before the second comes in.
The first'll be around 100 dollars or so. The second, though, will probably be near 300. I've worked 18 hours the first week, and I THINK they're paying us around $7 an hour. At least, I HOPE they are.
This week, I'll have clocked about 32 hours. Yaay for money.
Anyways, I have quite a bit of homework due this week. I forgot to hand in my typography homework yesterday because I fell asleep at the very end of class (SAD), so I'll have to give it to her on Monday.
Also, I have to resend the information for my FAFSA in and get some more info from my mom so I can change it. x.x OYI.
ANYWAYS, I should be off. Love you all!
