She's tall and not so dark
I went on a date last night with this girl I met on the subway. I never dated a girl that I met on the subway, but this one turned out all right. We sort of did dinner, and sort of drinks... I signed up us for a cooking class that's a one time thing. They teach you how to make gourmet meals in two hours. It was actually fun, we worked together on a big dish that turned out all right, we came in second for the best tasting out of 9 other dishes voted on. Afterwards we headed uptown to a little joint were we sat in a booth in the back and just drank some really good wine. She laughed a lot which was good, I had the A game going last night so it was refreshing to see some feedback. We walked back to her place after the wine set in... it was a good night.
Going to see a show tonight, I just got tickets so she's going to be excited when I call her.
I like this one, she's not like the usual ones that I've dated in the past, you know the type, never once consider paying for a drink, I'm a chick buy me a drink. The kind that gets drunk and then makes a fool out of herself because she doesn't have a clue how to drink. Or the type that can't hold a conversation unless it's about what episodes were on the WB. No more of those little girls, it's time to grow up.
