How DO I feel?
How do I feel? How do I want to/ am I going to react? Will they listen to my opinion? Will they care? Can I talk about it with other people (not that I even know exactly what's going on but I know enough) OMG! ok I feel better now. Wow! this thingy is so much better than having to use a pen and paper. lol.
