I've struggled for the past four hours on what to write about Roger Ebert's passing.
March 2006 - I met him at the George Eastman House and he signed his book, "I hated, hated, hated, hated thismovie". This was just a few months before he nearly died after surgery.
March 2010 - He starts the Ebert club (we joined!) and the terrific Esquire profile about Chaz & him is published...
March 2011 - I was moved to tears with his his TED talk.

I always loved Roger Ebert's review of that movie and the reference he makes to one of his favorite poems - "To His Coy Mistress".
