It really fits my opinions about my life lately, but it also really fits with the recent episodes of Supernatural I've seen. (authoressnebula , you should listen. I think you'd like. ^_^ And I would not be opposed to you writing a fic for it. ~_^)
Seriously, though. The lyrics of this song are poignant and just so... guh. The acoustic guitar is a great choice for the instrument, and Levine's voice has the perfect tone--soft, yet full of barely restrained emotion and longing that practically breaks me every time I listen.
