Figured I should update...
I've been really busy lately, not much time for much of anything. But now finals are over--I soooo failed my classes--and I'm home for Christmas break, with lots of time to relax and do nothing.
It's snowing like no other right now. Which is weird, 'cause it doesn't usually snow in Bremerton, and certainly never to this extent. (And usually never anywhere near Christmas, either; we generally get snow a month after.) Usually when it does snow, we get some in the early morning that melts by mid-day, because it's just too warm here and there's too much salt in the air from the Puget Sound. Not now, however! It's cold enough--mid-20's--to keep the snow around, and it just keeps on snowing, so the salty air isn't really doing anything. Already we have 7 inches in our driveway, and as the city hasn't bothered to come plow/sand our road, we're stuck at home. It's rather annoying. ('Course, Bremerton doesn't have it nearly as bad as Poulsbo, where one of my brother's lives. He's already been forced to fore go driving to work and take the bus, because his truck isn't suited for snow. And he's supposed to come up for Christmas. And the trains have been shut down. It'll be interesting to see if it really happens.) The Pass was okay on Saturday, at least, so I got home safe and sound from Pullman, but if the snow doesn't calm down we're going to have problems going back in a couple weeks.
Also, the snow is keeping us from going out and buying things like food, and Christmas presents.
In other news, my p key fell off again, and it's very annoying to type without it. I know how to put it back on, at least, it's just a hassle and frankly I don't feel like doing it quite yet.
Ooh, also, my brother found out the sex of his baby: It's a girl! To be named Katherine. X3 It's pretty awesome.
(And my cat just came out of nowhere and hopped on my bed. hee! He never comes and visits me of his own free will. <3)
(Though, I'm sure it's just 'cause my bed is warm.)
