Well...Jecht is here. Kefka, Ultimecia and Kuja were here at one point, but they haven't been seen in a long time. It's the same with the Emperor. Sephiroth is here, too, I think, but...I haven't heard of him recalling anything about time spent in the Void. He seems to be leaving us alone.

...but Garland is around, and he's the cause of all this.
