[Okay, have no idea what Alfitaria is like but it must have a shopping district somewhere so let's go there. Rinoa wanders into a curiosity shop and coos at all the pretty antiques.]

They have some pretty cool items here.

[Every place MUST have a shopping district! If there are women there, there is shopping. This is universal LAW. Quistis gingerly picks up an item from a nearby shelf, it looks like a small carving of an owl.]

I've always liked this kind of shop the best. I've only ever window-shopped; there's never anything I need, but always something interesting to look at, don't you think?

[She nods.]

They're good for gifts too. Y'know, when you don't know what to get someone or if they don't need anything so you get them a treat instead... Hey, we could buy Selphie something! She just got out of prison, so I bet she needs cheering up.

[A slight shiver passes over her face.]

Those cells were the worst. We should definitely get her something.

[Quistis looks up from the shelf and nods enthusiastically, putting a hand on her hip as she tilts her chin upwards to better survey the shop and its contents.]

You're right, we should do something for her. She needs a pick-me-up. I remember being in that awful cell in Galbadia... 'unpleasant' is putting it mildly.

[She smiles a bit, leaning over to more closely examine the contents of the next shelf.] What should we get her? Something fun, I think, and not at all practical, if it's meant to cheer her up.

It's pretty big... We'll have to get it delivered. Oh! I know! We can make it a surprise! Yeah, let's do that.

We'll have to make sure the delivery is discreet, then! And get it out of sight before she can ask any questions. Our room won't be good enough, she drops by a lot... is there a classroom that's not being used that we could stow it in until we're ready?
