Rules

♕Activity
The activity requirement is two pieces of activity per month, with "activity" being:
ミ☆Any network or log post you make.
ミ☆Participation in any log/action post regardless of who starts it.
ミ☆A comment thread in a network post not made by you wherein your character is responsible for at least 5 comments.

Things which don't count are:
ミ☆Voice mail threads.
ミ☆Logs with your character's name on them, but you didn't actually participate in (The log was dropped before your intended entrance).

Remember that this is a minimum! Please try not to character squat by constantly just getting by. If you do not have enough activity but wish to keep your character, a save can be requested. This means that you will need to "make up" the unfulfilled activity in the coming month (this amounts to an extra one or two pieces of activity, depending on how much you were missing in the previous month). You will also be asked to post to the network or begin a log within the next week.

Failure to make up your activity in the time given will lead to removal, though this will be taken on a case-by-case basis depending on the reasons for the activity problem and historical context of it. We understand that stuff just happens.

♕Hiatuses/Slowatus
Please post to the hiatus post when you're going on hiatus! If you don't, your hiatus may not be counted for Activity Check. We'd like for you to also make an announcement on the OOC board as a heads up to your fellow players, but it's not required.

♕Age requirement
15 and over.
Although this game has a Disney setting, we don't expect all players to take on Disney characters. There will be some dealings in mature subjects such as violence and depending on the nature of your character, possibly sex. The overall feel of the game will be light, but let's face it: there just isn't any fun without conflict.

♕Good grammar, good spelling, etc.
String together sentences well. We know everyone makes typos and the occasional error and we don't really care about that, but if you apply with a beautifully written sample and your actual tags are a mess, we're just going to assume that either you had a friend write your application or you don't care. Either way, you will be warned and if there is still no improvement, you may be removed. So, please be honest in your applications. Really, we aren't grammar Nazis.

♕Stay in character
We know characters change and grow if you stay in a game for a long time, and interpretations vary from player to player. However, if something is completely off the wall - just flat out OOC with no explanation, and we receive a complaint about it, we will speak to you about it. This is a three-strike offense, so if it remains a problem, we may eventually remove you from the game. Please note, though, that if you have a complaint about a player's portrayal, the first thing you should do is contact them personally.

♕Others
Yes to sex, violence, encounters with Heartless/Nobodies, injuries inflicted on your character or other players' characters (with the player's permission), fourth-wall breaking (also with the player's permission.), and all sexual orientations. All logs with sexual or overly violent activity are to be clearly marked and friends locked. Pretty much anything over PG-13.

Mod Permission is needed for the rape, torture, kidnapping or death of player characters or large numbers of NPCs, public crimes. Plots that affect any of the worlds at large or create a public spectacle (for example, gunfights in the streets, blowing up a city block or building, etc). Property destruction. Anything you aren't sure of.

No to pregnancies, pedophilia, sexually active children (use your common sense here, 13 is a child 16 is a teenager and if your character isn't mentally mature enough to handle such things, then it's recommended that you just don't), Played-bys/PBs for characters who have canon photography/illustration/actor/actress/ ect. For example: If you are playing a Harry Potter character you are to use images from the movie. If your character has no canon visual, then let us know in your application.

♕Communication and cliques
Communication among players is key! We would like for everyone to have an AIM screen name. It isn't required but would be appreciated. It is important that players have some way of contacting you for plotting. We also ask that people do not abuse these means of communication. Do not harass your fellow players. If you're not getting a response then leave it alone, people do come on the internet for others things. They'll get back to you when they have the time.

We also ask that players keep in mind that this is a multi-fandom game, even if it is set in the world of a specific fandom. The setting of Kingdom Hearts is all about traveling to new worlds and meeting new people, so we ask that you keep the spirit of that in mind and get your characters out and talking to people outside their own canon. This tends to be a pretty big issue in multi-fandom games and it is one we'd really like to avoid. If you've been here awhile and we notice you're not stepping out of your canon more, you will receive a warning. So please, mix and mingle!

Lastly, just as we encourage meeting characters outside of your fandom, we also encourage meeting new players! We understand that when playing in a game for awhile you will make friends and that's a wonderful thing, but please try to make our newbies feel just as welcome here as we hope you'll feel.

tl;dr: We do not tolerate wanks and cliques.

♕Godmodding and infomodding
Please do not try to control other characters' actions. For example, when logging, "Character A throws a punch" is okay, but "Character A throws a punch, connecting firmly with Character B's jaw, sending him/her flying into the opposite wall" is not unless Character B's player says it's all right. On the other hand, not allowing logical laws of physics to take effect also counts as godmodding. If it makes sense for Character A's punch to land and you just refuse to allow it to happen, that gets very frustrating. Please don't do it!

In the case of godmodding, try to find some balance. Evil characters need some room to be evil, but on the other hand, that doesn't mean they should be able to post videos of themselves committing crimes and expect no consequences.

Also, your knowledge that Tsukino Usagi is Sailor Moon or Bruce Wayne is Batman does not transfer to your character. This extends to characters making leaps to reach conclusions that they couldn't reasonably make. Please remember that OOC knowledge does not equal IC knowledge.

♕Bannable
Breaking most rules will result in a warning (and, if repeatedly done, in removal). These offenses, however, will result in immediate removal from the game, no warnings, no exceptions.
ミ☆Out of Character Misrepresentation: This means plagiarism, claiming a false age on your OOC age line, etc.

ミ☆Application Misrepresentation: Misrepresenting your character's history or misrepresenting a character's canon role, abilities, etc is not allowed. If it's something silly (like mistakenly saying a character is 12 instead of 13) then obviously we're not going to kick you out. If you're trying to slip something by us, that's definitely not cool. If you've taken a character from a certain point in their canon, don't give them an item they aren't supposed to have until later on in the series just because you want them to have it. If you would really like the character to have said item once they are in the game, then just fill out this request forum for mod approval on it. Just be honest on your application.

ミ☆Plagiarism: This one should go without saying, but if any part of your application is plagiarized, you and all your characters will be removed from the game. This is a serious offense an will not be taking it likely. Lots of our players work hard on their apps be it players in this games or other games and it is not right for you to take credit for their hard work. If you are caught and it's proved to be true, you will be booted. No questions asked.

ミ☆Harassment and Hate-speech: Threats, repeatedly contacting a player after being asked not to (documentation will be requested), the use of hate-speech such as racial or sexual identity slurs anywhere associated with the game while out of character (we're not trying to limit what your character does if it's in character for them) are not allowed. We're not policing your personal journal or plurks, but if there is a wanky post made that is causing an uproar that effects the game we will discuss it with you. As for starting wank in chat or in an email to another player, you're so out of here So now that you have read all the rules, we'd like you to read through the F.A.Q.s as well for the other item we'd like you to add to your application. Once you have read them and have both pieces, then you can answer "Yes" to the question at the bottom of the application and add the word Icecream somewhere discreetly in your application.

♕Lastly, no Drama-Llamas
This is just a game. It's not worth stressing yourself over. If you do have an issue with another mun, we ask that you either take it to them yourself in a polite manner (aim, PM, plurk) or use their HMD post which will be linked on the taken list. They are there for a reason, so use them. If the problem continues and starts to leak into the game or you feel it is becoming too much to handle, talk to us. We're here to help but we are not your babysitters. We expect our players to handle the situation maturely and responsibly, this does not mean making a wanky post about them on plurk or your journal. Do not be passive aggressive, it only leads to more trouble. Be honest and polite, we are all big kids here, people.
