random observation
So, I've had a myspace account for a while now (hardly look at it) and from time to time I'll get random friend requests, and once in a blue moon those will be from actual people and not bands/stores/events. I'll click on their name out of curiosity and go to their page and they have everything set to private. How am I supposed to know what kind of person you are, whether I want to add you, etc if you set your page to private? I have no issue with meeting someone online, but I just don't take blind invites, especially when my own page isn't set to private. Just seems pretty dumb to me.
