lol - she looks like an old fashoined mannequin that i saw a Glore Psychiatric Museum. the one on the left http://www.flickr.com/photos/extremecraft/24067129/in/set-551060/
it's really an interesting place to visit..if you're into that kind of stuff.

um, actually that wasn't my flickr. i found it when googling images for the Glore Museum. :)
oh and The Glore Psychiatric Museum is in St. Joseph, Missouri.
