I just survived the third week of school and I want it to be sembreak already.
I don't know, it's not that I'm tired or anything. I'm just... always on the go. Cos it's class then after class I've got training then by the time I get home, it's already really late but I still have homework. I'm still trying to figure out how to balance training and schoolwork since we now have training everyday. ♥ If only I could go to school just to learn and not be graded. HAHA. Cos for me, sometimes, the grade defines you. It's like, you really really want to learn and you're interested in the subject but then it can get disheartening when you get failing marks in an exam. But trolololol of course, you'll need a basis of your progress in the class so lol idk what I'm saying anymore. But I love my classes this sem. I'm just lost in one major class of mine but huuu, fighting!
Also, I survived a week in a house full of really sick people. One by one my siblings would develop fever over the last week. D: It was awful because I was worrying about this individual oral report that I had to give which was 25% of my final grade and at the same time, I was really praying that my immune system would hold up. My younger sister got confined for dengue but then I heard that she's coming home today! ♥ (Yes, "I heard". I'm hardly home anymore and when I do get home it's late so, I get news from the maids over dinner. Haha.) My older sisters apparently all got better yesterday. THANK YOU LORD ♥ I'm back in my room as I type this out---after I sprayed alcohol all over my side of the room. -__- Sharing a bedroom with a sick person is a hassle, (Sorry Cam. HAHA) especially if that person has no sense of personal space. Huuu, but it's okay. I'm so excited to see my siblings again! We were all limited to texting each other over the last week. -_-
I survived the 25% of my grade oral report thang. HAHA I'd like to think it went quite well. Plus, I was able to "teach" my class about Ithaca and I even shared about bits of my own journey to Ithaca. 8D I'm still amazed by how I was able to relate Ithaca to my topic in class. Huu, it really made me miss AC all over again. ._.
Training is also what's been keeping me sane this whole week (and probably healthy too. HAHA) It's got something to do with the adrenaline rush, I guess. We also just started practicing for the UP Pep Rally last week. All I'm going to say is.... it'll probably be the first and last time anyone will see me perform something like that. (What exactly "that" is.... you'll have to find out by watching the Pep Rally 8D) But anything for the team and lol, anything for trying something new I guess..? HAHA SUPPORT THE UP FENCING TEAM ♥
