Umm...first post?
HAHA, so I've had an LJ for a little while but this is my first postie. I orginally created an LJ so I could post pictures on the community "Found Objects", which I adores! Its so funny, the things that people find randomly. I'm all about the random!
Anyways, I'm going to dedicate this first post to my geeky obsession with all things Twilight! Oh Megan, why art thou so lame? Whatever, I embrace it... I OWN my lameness.
Ok, so Edward...why do you not exist for reals?! Why must you torment me with your incredible, fictional, awesome hotness? *le sigh*
Ok, so I've always had a thing for vamps...not sure why really. Maybe I'm secretly goth on the inside? Maybe I have a thing for the bad boys? Maybe I'm a squishy girl that wants a guy who sparkles in the sunlight and can lift small vehicles in one hand? I'm not quite sure....but, it's the hot vampires though, not those Nosferatu types. I'm talking Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise in Interview with the Vampire. I'm talking Stewart Townsend in Queen of the Damned....and now: Edward Cullen *swoon*. And since I cannot actually BE Bella Swan, I demand that you turn her into a vampire in Breaking Dawn Edward, so I can at least read about it!
OME, Breaking Dawn!!! August isn't coming fast enough (especially looking at today's weather...um, cold? Um, snow? Um....WHAT?!?!). BLARGH, and december will NEVER get here!!!!!!!!! Hahaha, after I just finish complaining about wintery weather I'm wishing for December already? Well, The Twilight Movie hello!!!!
I was totally disappointed when they cast Robert Pattinson as Edward in the beginning...Cedric Diggory as MY Edward? No way!!! But now that I've seen him in action...HAWT!! And he even has naturally vampish teeth, have you noticed?? The problem was at first was that no actor could possibly be PERFECT as Edward....perfection like Edward's only exists in the land of Twilight make-believe. But I have to say, Robert Pattinson comes pretty close. In fact, the only quibbles I have with the general cast of the movie is Taylor Lautner as Jacob...sure he's the right age, but I just can't really accept him as Jake yet. Maybe once I see him in more scenes....But I really wanted Tyler Posey. Much cuter. Even though I never watched the movie, Taylor Lautner will always be Shark Boy to me. In fact, some have dubbed him "Shark Dog Boy" *tee hee*.
My other concern: what the heck is with Jasper's hair? I mean Jackson Rathborn. Why is it so floofy? In some pictures, he looks like Hyde from That 70's Show. Hmmm, hard to take him seriously when all I can think is "he looks like Hyde".
Anyways, I have to wrap this up now because I'm slacking off at work. *slaps wrist* Bad Megan!
