summer is here.
summer has begun! i figured i'd sit down and update since i never really have time to. my junior year was one of the best so far. i walked away with lots of new friends and great memories. it's gonna be a hard year to top, but hey i gotta make my senior year a good one. anyways, this past semester was by far one of my busiest. between doing that service learning project, working at the paper, classes, and aerobics, i was able to pull off a 3.95. i was reeeeeally hoping to get a 4.0 but i got a B+ in one of my EASIEST classes. oh well...we'll save the 4.0 for next year...hopefully two semesters in a row.
so i'm back home in charlotte. things are going good. i'm working at the Y on mondays and wednesdays, along with other picked up shifts, and i'm doing my internship on tuesdays and thursdays out in waxhaw. it's about a 30 minute drive which kind of sucks but i love what i'm doing. it's fun stuff and i like working with aimees mom.
i have jury duty in a week. blah, don't wanna do it. oh well...
i can't wait to go to the pool. it hasn't been quite hot enough yet so that kind of sucks. won't be too long til it's over 80 everyday though.
oh yeah! i finished my disney photo album books. they look freakin awesome. i managed to fit all of them within 4 books...not too bad.
mothers day was pretty good. i'm going to try and take my mom to go see "the lion king". we saw it 10 years ago when we went to animal kingdom and now they're coming to charlotte. tickets seem a little expensive, but i should be able to get some.
