So, every Saturday my family and I have a lunchtime tradition, and that tradition is BBQ. YAY! Four for you Fabs Coco! You go, Fabs Coco!
You are making great choices here, by eating healthy and exercising!

I'm feel like I'm about to start something... For the past few weeks I've been having the need to go out and just walk, or move, or activate my muscles and my heart and lungs and everything.

I think my body is asking for some cardio. And that's a good sign for me because that means that, when I start, I will do it by heart and not because all the bad reasons (feeling guilty, feeling bad about my looks, etc).

So, I already started on the eating healthier (step by step), and reducing sugary foods, fried food, etc., but the thing that has always helped me feel better about my body has been exercise and I used to do it on a regular basis but I dropped everything last year when my life went crazy and I was working, studying the postgraduate degree and the master degree, moving to a new apartment, and having family problems... and now that everything is a little bit calmer I really hope I'll have the courage and the heart to start all over again, so... yay for me, too! :P

We'll have to encourage each other! And how awesome it is to have a supportive mate on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean! ;)
