LJ-jar
Okay, so awakencordy had an idea which I think it's brilliant, mostly because i need that idea so. ;D
There's a whole bunch of us who have randomly left LJ and migrated over to Tumblr, right? Which i don't mind since TUMBLR OWNS MY SOUL right now so, yeah, really don't mind. But like I said to her today, I miss LJ.
I miss it. I may not be here a lot (or at all. I'm so out of touch. Argh.) but I miss it. I wanted an LJ account for YEARS before they opened it to the public without invitation and ever since I got one it has fuck, changed my life. I met so many amazing people thanks to Tumblr, and I don't wanna think about a llife where I don't know this people. So yeah, LJ? I fucking love you.
So, awakencordy's idea is to form an LJ-jar. There's a minimum stipulated number of entries per week you have to post, make your presence known on LJ like you used to, proper entries (life/fandom/thoughts/whatever) and if you don't post the stipulated number of entries per week you paypal your penalty, which we're thinking $1 or something like it, which will go to....who knows where. Us. Charity sounds good. Whatever.
The point is I WANT BACK IN LJ and to do that i need someone to KICK MY FUCKING ASS INTO IT, and this idea is AWESOME for it.
